The minister of finance Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.86/2002/ND-CP of November 5, 2002 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies; Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.178/CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry; Pursuant to Article 1 of the Government’s Decree No.94/1998/ND-CP of November 17, 1998 detailing the implementation of the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of Law No.04/1998/QH10 of May 20, 1998 on Export Tax and Import Tax; After consulting the Prime Minister of the Government: DECIDES: Article 1. Temporarily suspend the implementation of the Decision No 146/2002/QD-BTC dated 4 December 2002 of the Minister of Finance on the amendment of names, codes and import tax for pre-assembled automobiles and auto parts in the Preferential tariff Form until the ministry issues a new decision in this regard. The application of names, codes and import tax rates for automobiles and auto parts in the Preferential tariff Form from the January 1st 2003 shall be implemented according to the existing regulation.
